This policy explains what a recommendation site may collect (quiz, account) and your GDPR rights.
1. Data Controller
The controller of personal data collected by Vipuroda (quiz, forms, and an account if you create one) is [FILL_MY_NAME], address [FILL_MY_ADDRESS], email [FILL_MY_EMAIL]. We do not publish a tax ID until the owner adds it.
For privacy requests, email [FILL_MY_EMAIL]. That is the address the owner must fill in before publishing.
2. Why We Collect Data
We process data (especially the quiz email) based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to send educational material, match product recommendations, and — if you agree — marketing contact. When payment for our own products is switched on, we will process order data to perform that sales contract.
We take your quiz email to send the guide and show a matching partner offer. Newsletter only with consent.
4. Data Retention Period
Quiz and account data are stored until you withdraw consent, request deletion, or the data is no longer needed for the purpose collected.
Want your email deleted? Write to us and we will remove it.
5. Your Rights (RODO/GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the President of UODO (Stawki 2, Warsaw).
You can ask to see, fix, or delete your data. You can also complain to the Polish DPA.
